The property was okay parking was insane at $55 a night but vallet was really nice there’s no smoking on the property or on your balcony which was nice as I don’t like cigarette smoke but overall for the price we paid I was expecting something a little nicer but it wasn’t a bad stay as we weren’t really in our room that much anyways

Customer service at check-in was disappointing, when we arrived to check-in we were notified our room had not been marked clean by cleaning staff, she told us it would only be a few minutes to ensure it was completed. We waited for 40 minutes and i had to ask when we could get into our room. She said she forgot about us. Other than that initial experience, all other customer service we encountered was great! Clean room, clean hotel and convenient.

The staff upon check-in didn't inform me at both the red and green leds flash when you put your keycard against the sensor. Most hotel rooms just have a green light that alights to open the door. A red and green light usually means there is an issue.

The goos part Location is perfect and it’s walking distance to any part of waikiki The down side The room we had a little rotten smell Air conditioning has a movement sensor and will stop if no movement in the room… it will stop at night when u sleep and the room will go hot Water pressure was very very low in our 14th floor

Rooms were very small, set up was weird. Seating was under the tv only way to view tv was in the bed. No refreshments in the lobby, no water, juice or coffee offered all day. No water in hotel fridge.

I think it’s important to mention that our room was literally next to the laundry room. We could hear the machines going when we were in our room throughout the day. This was not ideal, especially since this was not only a work trip but my very first time in Hawaii. I did enjoy the market on the first floor/lobby area. The market was filled with everything and anything you might need for a snack or a quick morning coffee. I would suggest that the room next to the laundry facility be removed for guests usage. Or upon check in, guests should be notified that the room is located next to the laundry. Guests should always be provided further information regarding a room that might have any issues that can make a stay less desirable.
