Older ma 'n' pa style motel, quaint and stable. Very clean inspite of age. Off the main street, so fairly quiet.

Read this before booking a “mountain view” room. We stayed for three nights and specifically paid for a mountain-view room. Instead, our view was obstructed by an event space and a parking lot. It was simply not the view we believed we had booked and paid for. When we checked in, I asked to speak with a manager and was told that I could not. I eventually asked for an email address so I could contact management directly. I emailed on Saturday and did not receive a response until Monday. Even then, no meaningful solution was offered. We were not asking for an upgrade or special treatment. We simply asked to be moved to a room that matched the category we had paid for. The front desk told us that because we booked through Expedia/Hotels.com, the only way they could do anything was through Expedia. I therefore contacted Hotels.com, sent photographs, and their representative contacted the resort directly. Even after following the process the hotel told us was required, Eritage still did not move us. Some aspects of the property itself also did not feel quite as natural as the marketing suggested. The pond is small and man-made, with a visibly exposed pond liner along the edge. The room itself was nice, clean, and well appointed, with good bedding, towels, and bath products. The restaurant and bar staff were very friendly and provided good service.

Great place to stay

Our family of five (3 kids) stayed one night and found the hotel reasonably clean, our room comfortable, the staff helpful and friendly, and the breakfast satisfying. Our stay was enjoyable and we felt safe. The room's furnishings were a little dated and linens slightly worn yet clean. We would happily stay there again.
