“This was the second time I stayed in the hotel, so I largely knew what to expect. The last time I’d stayed was pre-COVID. However, this time the room was musty with visible black mold on the bathroom walls and poor ventilation. It was also not as clean. The employees, cafe and van drivers were very nice. Sadly, while I enjoyed my trip the mold triggered my allergies and I was sticking the two following days.”
