“We really loved our two nights day at Phil and Ann‘s. The rooms were clean. The air-conditioning worked great the staff was wonderful. The room was quite small but recently updated so everything was new. The beds were comfortable pillows were nice linens, spelt clean, and fresh. Love the little amenities on the property fire pits, basketball volleyball, badminton little putt putt, mini golf. We would definitely stay there again to enjoy a few days in Rhode Island.”

“The room was exactly as pictured very quaint and cute only complaint was the countertops and tops of the dressers had ring stains from cups and whatnot otherwise very clean. Pool area was small as was the pool so we didn't use it as just having a group of 4 other people in there made it feel crowded. Free coffee bar was nice. I recommend the banana split iced latte. YUM!! Front desk gentleman at check-in was friendly and helpful.”

“The property is beautiful, and the room was clean and well appointed. We were unable to have full use of the amenities due to a buy out. When I asked what that was, I was told they had a wedding that weekend and we weren’t notified prior to that. That meant we were unable to use anything but our own room. We were disappointed that we were unable to have dinner in their highly rated restaurant. It would’ve been nice if we had known this ahead of time we may have opted for another property to stay……
