“Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing from the moment we arrived. The room looked nothing like the photos advertised online, which was very misleading. It felt outdated and wasn’t what we expected based on the listing. First impressions matter, and this one definitely fell short. Overall, the hotel did not meet our expectations, and I hope the photos are updated to accurately reflect the rooms so future guests know what they’re booking.”

“Perfect stay all around we would recommend it to anyone looking for a quaint, quiet stay. Clean and comfortable Also a perfect location. Outstanding host.”

“Very basic hotel but great location close to beaches and Watch Hill. Note that the two king deluxe penthouse rooms are on the fourth floor and the elevator stop at the third floor so you must walk one flight. There seemed to be only one ice machine and set of vending machines on the first floor of the main housing unit. The continental breakfast is more of a snack room. There is a restaurant next-door, but it seems to be open only in the evenings, perhaps for lunch on the weekends. Note that……

“Place was very dirty woldnt refund wanted to give me a deferent room place was moldy and smelt weird and there was drug paraphernalia all over this place would not recommend i want my money back”

“We only stopped for the night, but the property offered many amenities that our group would have enjoyed (sand volleyball, pool, fire pit, etc). The room was spacious and we enjoyed the laidback atmosphere.”

“It is situated next to the Wood River which was unexpected and lovely( wish we brought our fishing rods) . It is located across from a restaurant tavern which was V convenient!”

“I ended up not staying here because when I requested a lower level room, they gave me the key and it was immediately noticed that the room had not been cleaned in a while. The room smelled musty and the bathroom ceiling above the shower was molded. The bed linens were stained, and the 1 set of towels were well worn. There were cobwebs hanging along the edge of the ceiling and even spiders in the webs. There were carpenter ants crawling across the entryway, the microwave door would not close……

“Clean, safe, with a comfortable bed. The room was a bit shabby and in need of updating, but not objectionable. It smelled of cleaning products. The color scheme was not to my taste, but it was fine as I spent just one night.”

“First time staying in a hotel I picked on my own. I loved my choice! It was clean, beautiful and simple. Staff was very helpful and easy going. Inexpensive and in a good location. Highly recommend”

“Proximity was super close to Foxwoods with a Dunkin right across. Property was very clean and rooms were good for an overnight stay.”

“The Inn was lovely. The room was small, but authentic and fine. The problem is the food service is very spotty. The restaurant has limited hours and days- no breakfast except on weekends. Also if you have a room on a Monday, most of the day and all night there is no one working at all- you are alone! And on Tuesday when we needed to check out, there was no one working. We had to leave the keys in an unlocked room. ”
