“This property looks NOTHING like those very nice photos they show. It’s unkempt and actually dirty inside. The clerk was working behind bulletproof glass. The parking lot has numerous people hanging around. There are signs warning of human trafficking as you go in and also in the dingy lobby. The clerk actually told me that I didn’t have to stay there if I didn’t want to, because the ‘vibe’ of the place had changed since it changed ownership. I took his advice and left and now I’m trying……

“Worst hotel experience I have ever had. Grounds were unkept. No one was at the front desk when I first arrived. Waited 20 minutes for someone to arrive and had to leave for dinner. Came back to find out that they were overbooked.”

“Check in/ check out was a little wonky. The overhead light in the room was ghastly, but the bed was comfortable and the place was clean. The room climate control was also good.”

“Clean room. Helpful staff. Nice amenities”

“Extra $12 was charged at check in. Kitchent is empty/nothing: no plates, cups, spoon or anything. Who need such Kitchent.”

“Ich würde hier wohnen, wenn ich könnte. Oh, warte mal... DAS KÖNNTEST DU JA! Die Zimmerpreise variieren von einer Nacht bis zu einem Monat, man kann also tatsächlich in einem dieser Hotels wohnen. Tolle Zimmer übrigens, mit Kochnische und Wohnzimmer. Ein absolutes Muss!”

“Als mein Mann und ich das Hotel betraten, waren wir angenehm überrascht und sehr angetan! Wir hatten vor einiger Zeit in einer anderen Stadt in einem Extended Stay übernachtet und waren, gelinde gesagt, alles andere als zufrieden. Das hat uns einen schlechten Eindruck von allen Extended Stays vermittelt. DIESES EXTENSY STAY IST EINFACH HERVORRAGEND! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!”

“Lamps didn't work, no trash can, no glasses in the room. Only place we could find on a holiday weekend. Won't stay there otherwise.”
