“The property is ground floor and near a road so its very noisy, the windows open wide and cannot be locked open (no security fixings) so you cannot leave open at night unless you want to risk someone climbing in. The apartment is quite shabby, and old- and not good value for money. It was also quite dusty and while superficially clean, not very clean. “booked this property specifically because the listing said it had an oven, which was important as I was travelling for a strongman competition and had planned my meals around being able to cook. When we arrived, there was no oven, which completely disrupted my food prep and meant I had to change plans at extra cost. The stay was also badly affected by very loud roadworks starting after midnight, including a concrete saw and jackhammer, which made it extremely difficult to sleep. I appreciate……
