“The room was rather small and hot. There is no air vent/fan in the shower, which doesn't help as this contributes to making the room hot and steamy. Cleanliness is ok. Some of the other guests were messy and inconsiderate in the kitchen.The location is very good, just around the corner from the number 1 bus stop with shopping facilities in the Schappe Centre next door.”

“Ideal location for walking to and from train station. (With luggage we used Uber). We did walk to bridge to Old Town. It’s very safe and easy to navigate around the city! We walked to great neighborhood restaurant. Onkel Salamat- Jenn was our server- very helpful and great food! We loved the private Sauna and steam shower for jet lag recovery! Corsin, our host was very helpful in every way.”

“The appartment was too small for three people. Elevator was not working, nobody came to fix it. There was no explanation about how the elevator worked, and there was no explanation abot the place we had to put the rubbish when leaving. It would have been nice to have air conditioner, because weather was hot.”

“Die Unterkunft ist insgesamt vollkommen ausreichend und erfüllt ihren Zweck. Man hat alles, was man zum Übernachten und „drinnen wohnen“ für die Zeit braucht. Nach der Reparatur hat auch die Heizung funktioniert. Es sind genügend Zimmer vorhanden, die Fotos entsprechen der Realität – genau das kann man auch erwarten. Die Küche ist passend ausgestattet, Balkone sind vorhanden und nutzbar, Wasser und Dusche haben zuverlässig funktioniert. Luxus oder besondere Extras sollte man hier allerdings……

“Lovely cozy affordable apartment that was clean and well stocked. We come from a rural part of the US so even just the idea of having to ride the bus back and forth to town (or 1 mile walk) seemed a little daunting before we arrived. Once we got there we saw how easy and convenient it was, though. The host provided us with a Lucerne visitor pass by email prior to arrival so we could ride the buses as much as we wanted for free - no need to even swipe a card on the bus, just having it to show if……
