Air conditioning system needs to be upgraded specifically in summer time with a remote control system. Breakfast was limited and the main disappointing was under staff. Had to ask the staff for refilling the Breakfast and it was like feeling shy to ask every often for the same things. MEDINE did try her best to serves the best possible breakfast, but she's got limited authority. Management is very poor and for Switzerland it's a shame. We hope they'll improve very sharply, otherwise close to train station & local supermarkets.

A basic, no-frills hotel offering the essentials without extras like a mini fridge or coffee/tea-making facilities. The bed was a little on the hard side, but the room was clean and functional. The real highlight is the location—within easy walking distance to the charming old town, making it a convenient base for exploring the area.

the included breakfast was good and the staff went out of their way to ensure that buffet items were available during the breakfast hours. the room was comfortable and clean, the bar fridge in the room was stocked with soda, juice and water each day. on thing to remember about Europe not all hotels have AC but a fan was provided.

Easily accessible/ walkable distance to public transportation. Close to the airport. Clean facilities.

The AC in the room didn’t work well. We were sweating whole night and our stay was during heatwave.
