“The property was very well stocked: pots, pans, cutlery, wall plug adapter, umbrellas, toothbrushes, toothpaste and more. The only downside is that the floors do creak, so you hear the people above you. With that said, everyone seems to adhere to the 10pm quiet time so it was not much of a problem. I did not see a parking space so if you’re renting a car I would look further into that. Aside from that, no issues. Very close to the train station for transportation. ”

“The location was amazing. The room was fantastic. We enjoyed the kitchen as Lucern dining is very expensive. The Coop Grocery store around the corner made making our own breakfasts very easy to save us some money on our travels.
This place is also only a 10-15 walk from the train station.
This place is a great location to walk around and see everything. Super safe neighborhood too. ”

"The room is good but the check in experience is really bad. The staff at the check in counter is impolite and rude. He was not wearing a name tag and he almost broke our passports. He pressed our passports in 360 degree turn with “deadly force” and it was terrible. When he asked us to pay the city taxes, he just bang on the machine twice with his hand. I hope the hotel can do some training for the check-in counter staffs. "
