JUST REMODELED AND REDECORATED BEAUTIFUL 2 STORY TOWNHOME IN GREAT LOCATION ONLY STEPS FROM LAKE DESOTO. QUIET, SAFE, WELL ESTABLISHED NEIGHBORHOOD. ONLY STEPS FROM LAKE DESOTO. THE MAIN FLOOR OFFERS A LIVING AREA, DINING AREA AND FULLY EQUIPPED, TOTALLY REMODELED KITCHEN. THERE IS ALSO A HALF BATH ON THE MAIN LEVEL. LARGE FLAT SCREEN TV, BAY WINDOW WITH LAKE VIEWS AND AN OVERSIDED DECK WITH PLENTY OF SEATING AND A PROPANE GRILL FOR YOUR USE. UPSTAIRS THERE ARE TWO BEDROOMS, EACH WITH A TV. HOT SPRINGS VILLAGE IS THE LARGEST GATED COMMUNITY IN THE UNITED STATES AND OFFERS 8 LAKES AND 9 GOLF COURSES FOR YOUR OUTDOOR ENJOYMENT. WE ARE LOCATED CLOSE TO SHOPPING, RESTAURANTS, LAKE DESOTO, DESOTO GOLF COURSE, AND HIKING TRAILS. WAYPOINT MARINA IS JUST AROUND THE CORNER FROM OUR HOME AND OFFERS A COFFEE BAR, RESTAURANT FOR BREAKFAST AND LUNCH AND A LARGE 2 STORY DECK TO SIT AND ENJOY THE BEAUTY OF THE LAKE. DURING THE SPRING AND SUMMER MONTHS WAYPOINT MARINA OFFERS KAYAK, PADDLE BOARD AND BOAT RENTAL.
NOT FAR FROM THE FRONT OF THE VILLAGE IS RON COLEMAN MINING WHERE YOU CAN ENJOY DIGGING FOR CRYSTALS. THEY ALSO OFFER TOURS AND HAVE A ZIPLINE FOR YOUR ENJOYMENT. Anniversary Trip

First off, I would like to Thank Ms. Tammy for giving us a chance to stay in her home with our special circumstances. The home is beautiful and I didn’t want to get out of the bed in the master bedroom. I cooked every day, the home had everything you need and lots of towels. The neighbors were extra friendly, the views from the home were awesome!

Nice Condo!!

Property was as advertised, nice updates, plenty of room and a great view. Bathroom/bedrooms could have had some hooks for hanging up towels, clothes and bathrobes. Furniture was not very comfortable.

Hot Springs Village Golf Tny

We have a traditional golf tournament each fall in early October. HSV is a GREAT place for this tournament. The weather is amazing and the golf courses are amazing as well. This place we stayed in was a quaint little bungalow with all of the amenities we needed to enjoy our week of golf. Our host was very helpful and we found the place to be very clean and well kept. You will too!

Cute Lake View Townhouse

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Drinking coffee, looking out the bay window on to the lake, was the best way to start the morning. 😍 The home is cozy and perfect for a relaxing get away! The area and neighbors were lovely. 10 out of 10, highly recommend!! It’s just a 30 minute drive to Hot Springs to enjoy the bathhouses or to Garven Gardens for a relaxing nature hike.

First Family Vacay

Great spot in Hot Springs Village

Enjoyed the place and view very much and the property manager was very responsive when I needed assistance with the internet/wi-fi. It has everything you need and more! I would definitely rent again.

Comfortable, well equipped property

We greatly enjoyed our stay at thie home. It is easy to access inside Hot Springs Village, and close to restaurants and grocery just 10 minutes drive away. There are trails nearby, and it is a short walk to the lake. There are trees throughout the Village, which we found to be beautiful. We found the Village a very peaceful place to stay. It's about a half hour from Hot Springs itself, which was a bit of driving, but it was so much more peaceful, we found it worth the drive. The home itself was cozy. We stayed five nights, and enjoyed it very much. The kitchen had what we needed, the laundry was easy and convenient, the bathrooms were clean, and there were shelves and closets for our use. It really was a great stay!
