I loved the unique theme. The staff were fabulous and the meals at Franks were wonderful. The A/C in the room worked great and the bed was very comfortable.
Nice location in Iffley Village. Two nice pubs nearby. Attractive hotel building. Hotel terrace is also attractive for drinks and breakfast. Good standard of room and shower. Free parking. I would happily stay again.
Wonderful place, great staff, very good breakfast buffet, and we loved our room. It’s a little bit outside town, but it’s situated in a beautiful garden environment. We would definitely stay here again.
Room very clean and more important for me was that the bed was very comfortable. Is been a while since i didn’t have a good sleep coz everywhere the bed is very stiff so i did enjoy the stay there to be honest.Thank you and all the best
Great location with some very interesting history. Wishing waking distance of the bus stop (10 minute ride to down town), to the historical Iffley Church and to the Thames
We had such a lovely stay at this clean and friendly hotel. Breakfast was superb and the staff amazing. The hotel is ideally situated with free car parking and a few minutes walk to the bus stop where regular buses took you into Oxford. We dined in the restaurant of an evening and had well cooked meals. Service was a little slow but worth the wait. We would highly recommend and would love to visit again.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Welcoming staff, clean rooms set within a characterful hotel.
We were there during a heat wave and it was lovely to have a room with air conditioning! The staff was incredibly accomodating (thank you for being so sweet, Jasmine!), and the breakfast was lovely and suitable for guests with food allergies. The hotel's tailor theme is quite charming, and their location is away from the business of downtown Oxford. We took the bus into town when we needed to go there, which was quick and convenient. Even though the hotel was at full capacity when we stayed, our room was completely quiet.
Lovely , relaxing hotel with excellent staff.
Super ambience.
Very good and plentiful breakfast.
One minor thing - a close up mirror in the bathroom would have been of benefit for make up/contact lenses!!!
