Stayed on 21st floor. No info for room service (food), considering its was a conceirge service room. Room had not been dusted in awhile. I rated this hotel low because there is a thief amongst their cleaning staff. I checked in on 3/6 for the rodeo I placed my LV shades on the desk because we would be gone for the day and they weren't needed. 3/7 I didn't wear my shades because of overcast and just kept my prescription glasses on ...

Hyatt Regency Houston West
Property was beautiful. Lots of areas for sitting and socializing. The Koi fish in the lobby was a nice touch too. Rooms don't come with microwaves or fridges but staff was able to locate a fridge. Overall stay was great
