(During end of covid, but precautions still in place)
Check in around 10pm, have about 30 people congregating in the area where breakfast is usually (extremely loud where you couldn't hear the front desk agents), with about 10 kids running up and down the hall screaming.
Told that breakfast is not the hot breakfast as advertised (cause of covid) (but they're allowing congregating of people), The pool is drained, and the hot tub is drained; those are closed as well.
Get in elevator, and it gets stuck, have to call someone to help unstuck us.
(Take the stairs) Get to the room, and it is not setup with a rollaway bed or sofa bed bedding as requested. Call and they say 'we have no control what's put on expedia, we dont have any roll away beds', They bring bedding which consists of 1 sheet for the sofa.
There's 2 towels in the room (expedia said room booked 5 people), we call for 2 more, they bring one.
I go to the front desk to get bedding and get a Blanket (yay). Ask for 2 pillows, get 1 pillow as that's all they have. I have to ask for a cover, and get 5 pillow covers....
Not sure what else to say, the ball was dropped here in several ways. Won't be going back and would suggest others not book here.
