Front desk person was just blah on check-in. Property exterior could use some help. Room was clean, linens smelled good, pillows were nice. Mattress was firm. We checked in very late and kind of felt like we were inconvenient by being so late. Property is a bit noisy being right on the feeder of I-45, but not unreasonably so.
We were a group of teenagers who keeded a cheap and safe stay. Over all we felt safe, the staff was very nice shen we had issues. Our room was very clean!

Overall an okay stay for one night, room was clean and staff was friendly
Although there was a broken light and the bathroom door wouldn't shut completely
The hotel for the price and location was great. Staff was pleasant, rooms were clean.
They need to improve on the essential items in the room. Not enough towels, creamer/sugar for coffee was dried up old. No blow dryer was provided, Door
There was a pretzel in the bathroom, but it blended into the floor, an easy mistake. We were satisfied for the money we paid. The shower was nice and hot. Plenty of restaurants nearby. 1 mile from the Cynthia Pavillion to see a concert. The staff was very nice. We would totally stay there again! Oh, and it smelled fine and our room was not noisy and there were no weird people or hobos around.

There was a lot of noise from the freeway, and the room was a little dirty.
Location was good
Nasty hotel. Bed showed stain from previous occupant. Reception is an old lady that took century to come out and response. My stay was scary having a man having a drinking spree right outside the door with two dogs. The hotel itself is nasty nasty nasty. More of a ghetto than motel.

Disliked: Cleanliness
Room had s terrible damp smell. Towels were stained with all kinds of colors. Soap dispenser broken.
It's nice to see that there is some renovating going on here. I've come to this hotel for probably the last 8 years in my business and when I travel maybe 10 years, but other than that, there is a lot of sadness. No coffee makers when you're paying $80 plus on a weeknight and you're on hotels.com when it used to be a little more accommodating..
