“Cleaning staff were excellent. Breakfast was also excellent. Front desk staff were very accommodating
Only issue was the TV was not working and the staff could not fix it which was frustrating. When I went to the front desk to further resolve this issue, I was told no manager was available until Monday for us to speak with. I told them I was leaving Saturday, 2 days before, and the desk staff stated they would notify the manager. Issue still unresolved”
