“A fantastic stay-great location, clean, comfortable, easy parking, and solid value for cost. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again or recommend to friends. Two reasons for a 4* rating, versus 5. First, the front main door of the building was often left ajar/needed to be pulled hard to fully close and lock. We found the area safe and comfortable, and for some that could be uncomfortable. Second reason is that all initial communication is w an AI bot-a sign of the times but when you don’t know……

“I booked this place at the last minute because the VRBO place I had reserved cancelled shortly before my arrival. The room was fairly clean and adequate but the overall property was quite run-down and smelled of stale cigarettes. The pictures show a small bar with what appears to be coffee dispensers and breakfast type snacks available off the lobby area. There was nothing like that and there were no vending machines nor ice machines. The rooms have kitchens but there was no kitchenware at……

“This unit was very clean. The management was very attentive to any questions or concerns I had. The parking area where you pulled into the property was small and you had to back out to get to the street. There were a lot of homeless people in the neighborhood. I didn’t feel threatened or anything like that. The parking lot is gated. ”

“The check in process was great. It seemed liked the ambiance of the building had something to do with a lot of fish tanks. The lobby and sitting areas smelled like old carpet. The 17th floor hallway had many fish tanks which a couple had a horrible smell and was obvious that they haven’t been cleaned. It was a lot of random old furniture just placed throughout the building. Our apartment was clean and our host was nice. It was comfortable. Also the building had 3 elevators but only 1 is……

“The actual property was nice but while staying here my vehicle was broken into. I contacted the host to try and get the camera footage to give to the police and I was informed that the cameras on the property does not work and have not been for a while. Like I mentioned before the actual property was nice, it was clean and spacious but the area is unsafe.”

“Everything was great clean and it was located close to downtown. Bed was comfortable apt was clean and cool. I went on a brewery tour while I was in town and was never more than a 10 min uber away. The garage is kinda tight so I would suggest large trucks park in street parking. ”
