“We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed this property! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The beds were cozy, the kitchen was well stocked, and the location was perfect for everything we had planned. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the host was responsive and helpful.The only small issue we noticed was that the area rug in the living room could use a deep cleaning. It wasn’t a huge deal and did not impact our stay, but it did stand out compared to……

“This is a very cozy, well-appointed "apartment." The location is great for walking to most downtown restaurants, the museum, and the main square. Groceries were not a problem, as there is a Walmart in the middle of downtown. We never had any communication with the owner(s), but did not need to. The instructions for entry and checkout were very clear, and their contact information was provided. We expected a multi-story building, but this is many units on one level; each with its own parking……

“Great view. Hot tub is right off the deck. Stunning view of the lake. 15 minute drive from downtown hot springs. Bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. ”

“The property itself is beautiful and in a great setting. However, we were disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance. The jacuzzi tub was dirty upon arrival and did not work properly (jacuzzi would not turn on and water kept draining), which was especially frustrating since it was the main reason we booked. The bathroom sink was also clogged and sprayed water on you when turned on. The floor had a sticky substance with black hair all in it & rug was dirty, the coffee pot and even ceiling……

“Location was great for me because it is just a few minutes from my doctor’s office and hospitals, stores, and restaurants. The place was very clean and the beds may be small but they are very comfortable. Be sure to bring your own soaps and shampoos, and if you need to eat while here bring utensils.”
