“Our stay was great. We were sad to find out the pool heater wasn't working. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. I was disappointed to find out upon checkout that their was a pet depot. I didn't mind paying it, just wish the web site would have said we would had to pay. Another odd thing was having to ask for a ice bucket. Also the breakfast was not to good the eggs was soaked in Water and the rest was not so good”

“Our room was a standard size room. Lots of plugs for charging your electronics. They do not clean your room everyday you are there, we had to ask to have our room cleaned ( really just take the garbage and new towels - after 3 days) The person cleaning the floor I was on, was not nice and was quite rude when I asked if I could exchange my dirty towels for new ones. Laundry worked. Gym was big! Parking lot was big! Breakfast options were good. Staff in lobby and dining area were super nice and……

“Never clean room, sheets and towels dirt! Toilet was clogged and never anyone at front desk for help! When checking out, no one at the front desk!! Would not recommended staying here!!! Very disappointed!!!! ”
