"We had a fantastic trip the last week of December 2025. The host was communicative and provided tons of helpful information about the area. The house was just as described. Everything was neat and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. We had a great time exploring the beach and the nearby state park. We also spent some time shopping in Beaufort, which has fantastic shops and warm people.The views from the home were beautiful. We saw dolphins daily. The neighborhood was very calm. The location was a perfect place to bring in a peaceful new year!"

"Nice house and location… people at gate were confused… probably new… bedrooms smaller than expected… double beds no queens as expected. Handyman needs to paint interior and unclog slow sinks in bathrooms, caulk around showers and tubs… corner cabinet in kitchen was off hinge when opened…the host book in house needs updating… old info….Easy communication with host… Overall a great week!!! Thanks!!!"

"Amazing property. The house was very clean and extremely close to the beach. The owner is extremely responsive and made the checkin process seamless. The community was very quiet with low traffic, a playground, tennis courts, etc. We loved our stay and will be back soon. "
