“We recently enjoyed a kid-free anniversary getaway at the Omni Hilton Head, and it truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything felt special. The adult-only pool was serene and relaxing, and having direct access to the beach made it easy to soak up the sun and unwind. We especially loved the cozy fire pits in the evenings and the variety of bars and restaurants on-site—each one offered great service and delicious options. “We were skeptical at first due to the star rating, but we were only coming to Hilton Head for one night for a 5K. We ended up being pleasantly surprised. The staff were very polite and professional. The room was nice and clean. We had a very restful night, mattress was quite comfortable surprisingly. And the welcome bag of complimentary water and cookies were a very nice touch! Would absolutely stay here again. ”

“Room is old, bathtub is rusted, caulking around toilet was black. The room smells like no one lives in it for a while. While it rained, the water overflow to the door. “Loved the property and the location was great. Loved that they had van transportation. The only complaints are that I wish the property had more activities planned for guests and the suite we were in, in the double queen room, the room never got below 78 degrees but the rest of the suite was freezing. ”
