“The staff here is top notch! They communicated via text to welcome us and let us know to advise them of any needs. Addie is amazing! She did a great job with answering our questions and checking on us throughout the stay. The grounds are extremely clean. They do an excellent job of maintaining the building also ans cleaning the rooms. Everything about this place is top notch! In fact, this was our 2nd stay. We loved it so much the first time we were here a weekend ago, that we decided to come……

“Situated at a very good location. Easy access to many other things.”

“Pros- walking distance to beach & Coligny park. Rooms were clean and the hotel has been updated. Reasonably priced. Allows pets. Water pressure was good & water hot. The manger was very kind & you could tell truly cared about his hotel guests. Cons- the room key system was broken during half of our stay & required us to have a staff member unlock our door as we came & went. The water fountain in the lobby was broken, the ice machine was broken on our floor aches there was no coffee in the……

“When I return to HHI, I will select a different hotel. Parking was limited. Room was not as clean as my wife would like. Bring your Lysol wipes. Too many dogs imo. Breakfast is crazy crowded because you enter space in a bottle neck. Two coffee machines(push button automatic) :( to serve too many people. Get your coffee in the lobby-much easier. Staff- they were present is about the best I can say.”

“This was our second stay in 6 months and that should say everything. An all round great resort of the perfect size with immaculate grounds and great amenities. Great to have two heated pools and a large jacuzzi. Direct access to private beach is cherry on top.We love to stroll around the property, watch turtles, birds as well as play games around one of their fire pits late in the evening. They also have all kind of food options within the property. I don’t think we will stay anywhere else at……

“Breakfast place dirty, chaotic, poor service, fast food-style. Not what I expected for this class of resort, opted to eat outside of the property. My suite was well- appointed, but pull out sofa bed had the worst mattress I’ve ever slept on. ”

“We were up all night because the room smelled of paint. The building was undergoing renovations. To combat the smell, we kept all the windows open. Unfortunately, we couldn’t reach customer service because it’s automated, and you never speak to a real person. It was the worst experience. I’ve switched to the Heritage hotel, but I can’t say it’s any better. In fact, it’s probably worse. There’s construction scaffolding, and it’s incredibly loud. I’m disappointed with Marriott.”

“First off, this location double the fee and had money tied up in my bank account. The day before I left on March 30th, they charged me $240.90 and didnt tell me. When i checked out on March 30th they chared me the full amout. ”

“Location to beach was great. As soon as you walk out from the hotel, there's the pool and right after that you're walking onto the beach.”

“Room is old, bathtub is rusted, caulking around toilet was black. The room smells like no one lives in it for a while. While it rained, the water overflow to the door. The only pleasant thing was the staff was really nice and helpful. I don't think I will go back again unless they make some improvement”
