“The location was good since it was close to Lenox and tangle wood. Ample parking space. Clean but you have to ask for your room to be made up. The aesthetics were poor. The hotel was one long semi sphere perched on the side of the highway. It was an impersonal hotel with nothing memorable. The staff were competent. The hotel grounds provided no protection for either rain or severe heat.”

“We have stayed at the BML numerous times over a span of four years. We originally found the BML through Expedia and have been returning every time we are in the Berkshires. We keep returning for two simple reasons: #1- the pristine condition of the property and our individual room (and we’ve stayed in many different rooms) #2- the value - the cost to stay at the BML is very good considering for excellent condition of the property and its proximity to all that the Berkshires have to offfer”
