#### Pretty good
Reading a different review, I would like to state that the house is less than 6 miles away from town, not that bad at all. My experience was overall pretty good. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Some things that could be better are the towels and wash cloths, they were rough feeling and a couple had stains on them. There are no blinds in the living room and kitchen area which made it warmer in temperature than the other rooms and since we're not allowed to turn the AC past 73 didn't make it any better. Not just that but I didn't feel comfortable hanging out in those areas since the neighbors can clearly see through the windows. It also made it hard to watch tv during the day because of the glare of the windows. The spa heat was broken so we couldn't enjoy that. The pool was just right this time of year though. The sliding door lock is broken from the living room to the deck so it wasn't locked up when we arrived and we couldn't lock it at night. It felt a little unsafe but not too bad since there are no stairs to get up to that area from outside. Don't plan on sleeping in the king room downstairs if you are really short or can't run and jump on to the bed cause it's REALLY high up! Thanks for having us, it was great 😃

#### Beautiful Home!
This place was perfect for our short stay! We were bummed the pool wasnt able to be heated during our stay, but management was amazing with refunding the heated pool fee right away. We loved all of the amenities it had to offer.

#### Beautiful Property, Beautiful Location!
In Utah for yearly Huntsman Senior Games, The property does not disappoint, very beautiful inside and out , great location (only 20-25 minutes from events), mountain views in every dire tion the big bright windows all around to see all views, right on golf course if thats your thing... awesome large hot tub, with waterfall effect around , top notch appliances... very nice experience, will absolutely try to reserve next year!

#### Disappointed in transaction
Renter beware. This property is much farther into the town (hurricane) than showing, about 20min. And very isolated. There is also major construction going on right next door/development. I tried to work with Andrew, the property manager, about the property not as accurately stated on the ad and issuing a refund (I ended up re-booking another Vrbo). He was unwilling to work with me, and frankly rude! I’ve never needed to leave a bad review and disappointed I was put in this situation. Maybe my efforts will force them to list this rental location and construction status more transparent. On a side note.. the home IS very beautiful.
