"The good - spacious hotel, plenty of space in the room. Good pool areas with lots of sunbeds. The Italian restaurant was good. Our son had a great time at the kids disco The bad - Dirty plates at the buffet. Room not properly cleaned, floor not mopped, no dusting below the TV. Poor buffet options, repetitive and lack of options for children, food quite often cold. No option for pool snacks, have to go to 24/7 bar and eat there. Cocktails are pre mixed and sugary. I would expect a 5 star all inclusive to make the drinks each time. Can only book al a carte restaurants 3 times during a 7 night stay, but you are not told that. Lack of activities and children's entertainment, can only participate if you leave your child at the kids club."

"Beautiful views of the harbor - everything within walking distance or a short taxi away . Hotel has a great pool , bar and restaurant convenient with complementary breakfast. Enjoyed our stay !"

"My only complaint would be related to bed availability and being assigned a two twin beds during a wedding anniversary trip with my spouse, despite messaging the hotel in advance. The hotel said it was a high occupancy day hence the lack of bed availability. However, I do want to commend the hotel for having courteous staff and for accommodating travelers in allowing luggage storage before the room was available and afterwards. The location of the hotel near old town was super practical and also 2 blocks from the ferry station to formentera. It was convenient. There was a laundromat within 6 blocks and a supermarket across the street."

"This is a great hotel. Very comfortable and luxurious. Room was great, pool and beach areas were great. Breakfast was incredible. However, food and beverages were very expensive. We paid 18€ for a strawberry smoothie."

"Lovely stay. Views were fabulous. Lots of choices of pools and also the beach at a stones throw. We did half board. Unfortunately only 2 places to choose from so we didn't get to try the steak restaurant as it was full on the night we could go. Only complaint really was the slow service. We would see our drinks at the bar and about 5 servers next to it but it would still take ages to get to us. Perhaps some more training. Service by the pool though was great even though there was a high charge for a bottle of water by the pool. Expect a bit more from a 5 star hotel. We stayed in a club room and they give you a trendy leather bracelet to get you into your room. Never seen that before and loved not having to think about key cards. Overall a good stay. No shops close by which was a shame and everywhere we went was a 30 minute taxi ride away."

"The food was honestly very poor and cheap quality produce. The rooms weren’t clean : coffee marks on the cupboards, grease marks on the surfaces, dirty kettle, floor was dirty with sand and clumps of dust. There were stains on the sofas too. The room look like they have been refurbished cheaply, wallpaper hanging off, very outdated kitchen appliances too. The plastic balcony railing is very dangerous and wobbles so please consider if travelling with young children. Most of the staff look like they don’t want to be there (except the cleaning crew who were lovely). The reception staff weren’t even able to tell us what the wifi password was and we had to ask for beach towels instead of being given them straight away at check in. Good pool facilities for children."
