Overall, the hotel's environment and facilities and staff are good, but two things make me uneasy. Firstly, the bed is wrinkled, which gives the impression that someone has slept on it before, although the quilt looks new. Secondly, the bottom of the swimming pool appears dirty, making it impossible to determine whether the water is clean or dirty.

staff were wonderful.Our complaints are about parking fees-they add on 9.00 to access an app and then you have to pay 30.00 a night as well for parking.We’ve been coming here for years but now will look elsewhere-just keep adding on fees.

Excellent stay! The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The mountain views were amazing, the location was perfect, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. It was a peaceful place to relax after a day of hiking and exploring. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!
