If you are looking for a private heated saltwater plunge pool, spectacular sunsets in the ocean, stunning views of coast and Atlantic in an elegant home in a hillside villa, you have found your place. The villa-apartment is divided into two bedrooms: master with king size bed and ensuite bathroom, 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds and separate bathroom.

Discover the island, explore its nature and culture and come back to an elegant, well-designed home. Have a glass of champagne from the in-house wine cellar in your private heated saltwater plunge pool or relax in one of your apartment’s different outdoor spaces: lounge area, the outdoor breakfast table, the outdoor kitchen area under the architectural pergola, etc.
Nested on a hillside between the base of the volcano and the ocean your apartment and terrace offers one of the most stunning view of the whole island: the green north coast with its spectacular sunsets and the massive volcano Teide, to the other side.
The apartment is a separate part of the villa in the very private neighbourhood. Beach and town are only a 3-min drive away. The kids are going to love the small local beach with black sand and a couple small Spanish restaurants right on the ocean and everybody loves the colonial town with its cafés and restaurants. It is a perfect home base to explore the island.

The villas are located in a quiet, residential neighborhood, a 3 minutes drive from the beach with its restaurants and three minutes up the mountain into town. It is perfectly located for exploring the island and for hiking.

Icod de los Vinos sits right in the center of the emerald coast, known for its wines and colonial architecture. It lays just under the national park with plenty of hiking opportunities. Its beach, with its small restaurants and the coastal residential areas are called San Marcos and this is where Alberto Dorner is located.

The south airport is about 1 hour drive away, and the north airport is about a 45 minutes

Prachtig uitzicht, fijn en nette woning, zwembad is geen zwembad maar een zitbadje.
We hebben ontzettend genoten van het prachtige uitzicht op de bergen, de zee en de Teide. Het huis is verzorgd en netjes, met een groot terras en fijne bedden. Het enige wat ons tegenviel was het zwembad. Hier kan je alleen in zitten. Het is een formaat jaccuzzi maar dan met koud water om af te koelen.

Beautiful Apartment!
We stayed for 4 days and wish we could have stayed for a month. Kay and his wife have truly created beautiful places and are committed to supporting the local economy. Don't miss the Friday night wine tasting!! Kay is extremely knowledgeable and knows most of the wine makers on the island personally. It's a great experience. We loved the private pool, the amazing views from the patio, and the secure garage parking. There isn't much more you could ask for! Just book it!

Nice quiet place, cosy and well-furnished apartment
The apartment is located in a quiet place in the North of the island, 20 minutes away by car from Puerto De la Cruz. The North is more typical but a little less sunny than te South. The apartment itself is well-furnished (mainly Ikea), design and cosy. The linving room with an open kitchen looks great and is functional. The heated pool is nice and the views from the tarrace are beautiful (on the volcan Teide and the ocean). Kay, Carlos and Elena are very welcoming and nice guests that make their possible to make your stay perfect. We had two problems (pool temperature drop and no more gas), which they were quick and efficient to resolve. We would happily return.

We were delighted with our apartment. It was even better than the pictures. The views of both ocean and mountains were exactly what we had hoped for. Beautifully maintained and equipped. Certain recommendation. Outside the spectacular views from the apartment and its terrace, the apartment itself (new, good taste in design, all the necessary home appliances and above all very clean) and the hosts were more than anyone could desire. Carlos, the site manager is definitely a person dedicated to its job and from the efforts made by him to make us enjoy our stay , indirectly I could conclude he certainly likes his job. We were awaited late Saturday evening by Carlos, besides the late hour, by a very natural and relaxed host, who welcomed us and gave us all the necessary guidance and counsel related to our stay, and surprised us by a home gift of a bottle of local white wine (good, and I know what I am talking about) and an impressive choice of local fruits from the island. Not to mention the sortiments of free quality spirits at our own free will for consumption. Last but not least, an outstanding contribution to our stay was given by Elena (Borges) our contact person during reservation and preparation for our arrival who gave us the best hints and choice of activities/locations and restaurant for both the south and north part of the island. Thank you again for the hint. As a general recommendation do not hesitate to question Elena on anything related to Tenerife itself. I could not imagine something that Elena would not know. Overall the location is certainly a place I would gladly revisit any time.

Traumurlaub? Aber sowas von....
Auf eine Beschreibung des Objektes verzichte ich hier, da die Angaben im Online Angebot korrekt und zutreffend sind. Alles war sehr sauber und man fühlte sich sofort "heimisch". In den beiden Schlafzimmern fühlten wir uns wohl und die Betten waren ein Traum :-) Das Highlight ist sicherlich die Terrasse mit vier gemütlichen Liegen und einem eigenen Pool. Dieser wurde sehr oft und lange benutzt. Der Ausblick auf die kilometerlange Küste inklusive Sonnenuntergang oder auf den majestätischen Teide ist atemberaubend. Wir konnten nicht genug davon bekommen. Bei Wünschen oder Fragen wurden wir stets schnell, überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit begleitet - dafür 6 Sterne :-) Würde ich diese Appartement der besten Freundin empfehlen: Absolut !!

Schönes Appartement das hält was es verspricht
Wir waren mit dem Appartement zufrieden. Informationen, Schlüsselübergabe etc. hat super funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und absolut sauber. Genügend Handtücher (auch für den Strand) werden bereit gelegt. Wir haben auch die Wohnung bekommen die auf den Bildern zu sehen ist und es wurden keine falschen Versprechen gemacht. Leider gab es einige kleinere Dinge die uns gestört haben. Wichtig zu erwähnen ist, dass wir mehrere E-Mails vom "Concierge" erhalten haben der nachgefragt hat ob wir zufrieden sind. Diese Dinge haben wir als Antwort gesendet aber leider nie eine Antwort erhalten: - Der Haartrockner ist defekt - Küchenausstattung ist sehr mager und sehr alt (Pfannen, Töpfe und Messer in schlechtem Zustand, kein Schneidebrett Knoblauchpresse etc.) - Für uns gehören Gewürze (Salz, Pfeffer, Öl und Balsamico) in einer Küche dazu. Haben diese Dinge gekauft und praktisch voll im Appartement zurückgelassen, wurde wahrscheinlich entsorgt und der nächste muss es wieder neu beschaffen? Als letzten Punkt, da kann der Vermieter aber nichts dafür: Das Mietobjekt liegt im absoluten Nebelloch der Insel. Grundsätzlich war überall rundherum Sonne, nur bei uns war Hochnebel. Zum Wandern ist das nicht tragisch, aber Abends würde man schön gerne die Sonne auf der Terrasse geniessen. Wir waren Mitte Mai da... Trotzdem waren wir sehr zufrieden, auch wenn wir dieses Appartement wohl nicht mehr buchen werden.
