"Good property but the XL room has no big kitchen it’s pretty small a d not comfortable to cook there. Everything else is good - but better get a room with a balcony it’s facing the river Moselle and it’s way more quiet than the rooms witch ate facing the road with a kind of heavy traffic "

"BEWARE! The owner did not provide the details for the lockbox unless the cleaning fee was paid in advance (and asking for more than advertised). The property then changed to a different location entirely, as the one advertised was suddenly not available. All of the above happened after check in time had commenced. Needless to say I did not fall for this and neither should you!"

"Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft jederzeit sehr wohl gefühlt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zahlreiche Restaurants sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto kann man von hier aus zahlreiche Traumschleifen (ausgezeichnete Wanderwege) ansteuern. Frau Scholtes hat uns freundlich empfangen und kümmert sich rührig um das Wohl ihrer Gäste. Wir kommen gerne wieder zurück."

Der liebevoll zusammengestellte Ordner mit allen Erklärungen für die Wohnung und Tipps für die Umgebung (Wanderungen, Ausflugszielen und den nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten) - einfach top! Wir haben uns in unserem Urlaub sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder! 😊"

"We stayed at Leiwen for 6 days and had a fantastic time. It is a quaint, little German town on the Mosel. We walked everywhere in the town: information center, bakery, grocery, pubs, and restaurants. Took a bus to Treir, Mosel river cruise to Berncastle, car trip to Berg Eltz castle. The cottage was much more than we imagined. It had a very comfortable living area with back yard and patio."

Het grote appartement is van alle comfort voorzien en is een ideale uitvalsbasis voor de vele prachtige wandelingen. Bij regenweer liggen Echternach en Trier op zo'n 20 km. Vooral Trier is zeer de moeite waard met zijn prachtige musea."

"The process from beginning to end was outstanding. Tanja was thoughtful and welcoming and made sure we were prepared for our time in Trier. The views of the town from the well-appointed deck and apartment were among the best I’d ever experienced. Groceries and public transportation are in ready reach and allowed for exploration of the ancient history of the region. Overall, an outstanding experience."

"We thought we were going to stay in Losheim, but instead, our FeWo was in Scheiden, a town 5 km. away. Once we got used to having to drive to Losheim for our groceries, it was OK. The apartment was spacious and we were quite comfortable there. The area was very rural, with bike and walking paths throughout. One could actually see the night sky from the bathroom skylight! It was easy to get to neighboring towns, such as Mettlach and Trier, from where we were. Our hosts were friendly and helpful."

"Due to a hiccup in communication with us touring and limited access to internet we didn’t receive the door code prior to arrival. We were stood outside the property looking lost, hot and confused, this drew the attention of the neighbours who were the most helpful people you could ever meet. The language barrier collapsed as they all rallied round to solve the problem and we were in the property in no time which was a welcome and well kept home. The owner turned up shortly after to ensure we had...
