We loved the location and the property staff were lovely and helpful. It should be known though that there are TWO buildings: one on the beach with all the amenities, and then one way pup the hill, too far to walk, that has the Michelin-star restaurant but no other bar, cafe, gym, etc. It does have a pool, but the location is isolated. We were put in that building, and luckily the hotel moved us (for a fee). The hotel is also in desperate need of a refresh. Decor is tired, gym is tiny and dark, and the halls show a lot of signs of water damage. That being said, the staff was wonderful. Food was good, and for relaxation, we couldn't have been happier. We did here the hotel was going to be refurbished after the season so I am looking forward to seeing it next year.

"No elevator to 4 floor. No covers for skylight. Room was too bright to sleep. Air conditioner made weird noise. No cold water first 2 days. Dirty. Food poisoning from breakfast. Weird smell and run down. Good location."
