This place is a disaster. I just cannot believe that a hotel in such a great location could be so worn out, poorly kept, dirty and such a nightmare. I was going to stay for three nights. After the first one, I had to leave it. I could not stay there any additional minute. The staff offered a better room in a different wing but the only thing I wanted was to leave. Do not even think about staying there.
And, by the way, Hotels.com has contacted them regarding refunding those two nights. No response. Staff is not responsive.

Great staff in general. Debora and Lucas were sweet, kind, and very attentive. Easy and fast check-in and check-out. Varied and delicious breakfast. Very nice room. The hotel was clean everywhere: garage, rooms, kitchen (brakfast area), and aisles. Great rate for the quality offered. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Perfect location with a walking distance from the beach. I totally recommend this place.

The room was great. The balcony was nice. The area around the hotel is amazing and the beach is beautiful. The breakfast buffet is good as well. Everything was clean the staff was nice. My only complaint was that the pool bar was closed (which was one of the reasons I stayed there) and I didn't receive the VIP items per hotels.com description.
It was a really great place to stay and I would stay again!:)
