"Be sure you read over the details and have your expectations in the right spot for this property. Overall, it was clean and well organized. Think hostel without a front desk. It is a guest house similar to the set up I've experienced in South Korea. We were the only ones in the lower level so it was quiet, but I'm not sure what it would be like with other people. The kitchen did have a variety of pans and plates, but not too many. 1) GPS and Parking: The pin from the app took me to an alley....

"The shower was BIG. Room was clean except for blinds being dusty. Rooms were at the top of steep stairs. Stairs are from 1800's. Only microwave was in hallway."

"We stayed at this home for our daughter’s graduation from SIU with family. The house is fabulous and everyone commented it was a wonderful place to stay. Only 8 mins to SIU campus, but out of the rush of all the traffic that was in town. The mattresses were super comfortable! While we didn’t use the pool or pond, we certainly would have if we had more free time. Highly recommend!!"
