The floors and countertops were sticky. There were only 2 tiny bars of soap; no shampoo. The staff was friendly. The stairs were difficult to climb up/ down as there was only a thin railing on one side & the tread strips were coming apart. At least it was quiet & we were able to get a good night's sleep.

The property seemed to be outdated from the outside, but we were pleasantly surprised once we got inside. The place looks like the pictures online. When making the reservation, I requested a lower level and handicap accessible bathroom. When we checked in, we were placed on the 4th floor with a regular bathroom. The hotel was pretty empty and we were told no other room was available. Also the reservation stated breakfast was included, during check in we were advised there is a restaurant on site, but we would have to pay for breakfast.
