A 15-20minute walk from the main area but it felt safe to walk and the area itself was nice. Also like that they have filtered water available in the kitchen area”

“The hotel is inside a gated community with construction noise and no sign outside that indicates where the hotel is. Breakfast was nice, room was clean but no window screens. Parking available in front of property but you need call to be let in through the gate.”

“This is a beautiful hotel, the restaurant faces the pool gardens and the volcano. The rooms have air conditioning and you can flush tissue down the toilet. It may seem odd that I mentioned this, but these amenties are not common in Guatamala. The hotel is a few blocks from the main plaza. Highly recommend!!”

“Some rooms are too near to the street and you can hear all the noise of the passing vehicles and people, which will make you hard to sleep. During my stay, things got worse as a group of drunk folks were shouting at the street at 3:00 AM and it lasted for one hour keeping me awake for the whole time. No one came and stopped these guys. So always check the room before booking it.”
