Amazing, attentive staff, from check in to housekeeping to the well appointed breakfast room with a cold item buffet and unlimited hot order items. A special thanks to Margaret, Elizabeth, and Christian who anticipated our every need in the breakfast room. It made for a wonderful start to each day in this romantic city!”

“This is the perfect location, right next to the Colosseum, we were able to go rooftop anytime to enjoy the best day/night view of the Colosseum. Staff was very friendly in helping us with shuttle to FCO airport, recommending restaurants and helping with luggage. The room was clean, spacious with high-roof, two large windows for fresh air to come in! we will definitively choose this place to stay if we visit Rome again in the future.”

“This was our 7th or 8th stay and, once again, we said that this villa is a gem and our favorite place to stay in Italy. Quiet yet convenient location. Both the garden and interior are gorgeous — historic yet comfortable/warm. Comfortable rooms/beds and huge and well-appointed bathrooms. Nothing better than to sit fireside after dinner in the beautiful library. The kitchen staff are just terrific. Breakfast is delicious and the dining room lovely. The front desk is always welcoming and……

“Lisa at the front desk was courteous and got me situated with my room which was on a different floor than the office. Plenty of restaurant/cafes around the hotel. Room was small, but great for a solo traveller like myself.”
