"EXCEPTIONAL - WILL NOT BE DISAPOINTED"
The hotel exceeded my expectations. I will be staying here next time I come to rome. The hotel was white glove clean and the air was clean. The staff were 5 star. They smile, they're nice, they greet you when you walk through the door not just when you check in. The breakfast was like going to a brunch buffet. The amenities were spot on. I can't say anything but how great my stay was. I cancelled my first reservation to book this hotel because the reviews were so good. I usually don't bother writing reviews. But since my stay was so great and it made my vacation so pleasant I recommend. The location was walking distance. I only had to take the train to the Vatican which the train station was down the street around the corner. It was a 5 minute walk to the Termini Terminal.

"Nice, modern, and good location"
The hotel is nice, clean, and modern. Our room was an executive room, and the rain shower, extra space was nice to have. I think its location needs a bit of explaining. It is actually in a great location, near all the main areas, while being far off enough to be quiet. It is just not that near to the metro, but a bit of research will immediately tell you that it is near bus stops that can get you to all the places in no time at all. Hence, all in all, it is a great hotel. Will recommend others to stay here.

"Wonderful "
Good experience and accommodating. The room was clean. Our breakfast was complimentary and had a wonderful selection of food. My only issue was that I was not able to use the spa services due to a misunderstanding.

"Excellent hotel in Rome next to main train station"
Staff are very friendly and helpful when asked on where to visit and eat. The room looks brand new and comfortable, good housekeeping made me feel like checking into a new hotel room everyday. I likes it. Breakfast is good and of many varieties. As it is near to the main train station, a lot of restaurants nearby and easy reach to tourist destinations. Will definitely stay in this hotel for the next visit to Rome.

"Wonderful hotel"
Very close to the central train station and walking distance to some of Rome's major attractions such as The Colleseum, Forum etc. Very friendly and welcoming staff . Ease of check in. Room adequate size and very clean. The bed is a bit hard but huge and clean. Excellent breakfast buffet. Wifi is strong.

"Great Stay"
The hotel was in an amazing location. They also had a very friendly front desk and were more than happy to give recommendations and help us whenever we needed assistance. They were undergoing a lot of construction in the main lobby during our stay, but it wasn't really much of a setback considering everything else. There was also a deposit charge for the rooms that I didn't expect as well.

Room- nice size, but needs modernizing. Key should be replaced with card. Insufficient lighting, especially near closet. Very convenient location, near central train station (Teminni) subway and tram. Good wi-fi.

"The heart of Rome "
With all the attractions in less that 10 munites walk and streets filed with shops and bars this hotel is great. The hotel has only got 26 rooms and for me the personal touch was being welcomed by name every time i entered or left. The rooms are small but this is Rome and the hotel obviously used to be a house.. don't let that determine your choice though I stayed here as a solo traveler and I felt more welcome here than at a marriot
