"Modern, clean hotel in an interesting, fun area"
Directions to the hotel were clear, transfer from Roma Termini was quick, check-in was a breeze and the room clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Plentiful choices at breakfast, did not eat at the restaurant so can't judge. So many excellent restaurants (e.g. the Cento round the corner on Via Giacomo Bove) and bars to check out nearby, you get a really good buzz walking round in the evenings. The Gelato place on the corner down from the hotel had the craziest Friday night queues. The two blocks round the hotel are really worth exploring of an evening.

"It was great staying at this new Htel"
The U.S. A great hotel. Staffs were very held full. Internet was great. At the begining air condition was not working. They fixed the problem. Breakfast was great. Free minibar was great after long day. Their bar service was good as welll. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. Shuttle service of this hotel is ver helpful and needed since hotel is little farther from attractions.

"Second Stay Not as Good as the First"
This was my second stay at this hotel, it seems that they may have changed ownership because there were a good deal of noticeable differences from the first stay I really enjoyed. The first thing I noticed was the change in staff, the man at the front deck who greeted us was rude and short with us whenever we asked questions or tried to check in. Check in wasn't until 2pm and there was a lobby full of people waiting to check in. Second difference was the rooms, they seemed a lot smaller. I don't know why the rooms were scaled down. The third difference was the keys, I am so glad they switched to card keys instead of those large heavy keys they had before. Another change was the weak wifi. The one thing that did not change, which I am so glad about, was the breakfast. They have the best breakfast and it is worth the stay. The hotel is close to transportation in a neighborhood close to Termini Station, it's a great location. I just wish they had better desk staff.

It was great that we could park in the hotel grounds. To find parking in Rome is very difficult and it was great that we had parking. Breakfast was great with ample food to choose from.

"Good location!"
We took the direct train from Fiumicino Airport and walked a block to Una, very convenient. We easily also walked to Colisseum, Trevi Fountain & Villa Borghese and also walked back from the Vatican (this was a bit of a hike, but still walkable). The hotel checked us in quickly, room was spacious for a downtown room and was modern & clean. Happy hour provided some nice complimentary eats and complimentary breakfast was decent, but stay away from extras..
