We just stayed here and we loved the location, it was no more than a 20 minute walk to wherever we wanted to go. The room was clean and the staff were so nice and helpful!

A very nice place to stay in the heart of Rome. Walking distance to the coliseum, the room was impeccably clean and comfortable. A lot of thoughtful touches too, like an assortment of snacks in the room and premium toiletries in the bathroom. The owners are also very helpful

Great little hotel

We had such a wonderful stay! Patricia and Alessandro made our stay so carefree, by arranging transportation from the airport and to the port. They were very kind, attending and easy to communicate with. The location is ideal, with restaurants, stores and major attractions just a few minutes away.

Residenza Roma Imperiale was a fantastic "hotel". Our flight got moved and we needed to stay an extra night and our host was very accommodating. The location was surrounded by a ton of restaurants to choose from and a 5 min walk from the Colosseum. I would definitely stay here again!

This was the most amazing little secret stop to stay! The host was in contact with me before check in and leaving my bags early before check in so I could walk around was an option. When I did check in I was greeted with such warmth it made me feel truly welcomed. The room is cozy and simple, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the windows allowed me to open up to the city sounds and sunrise perfectly. The food and shopping nearby was great, especially the breakfast place they partner with! It was amazing to step outside the doors and just see the coliseum - it’s perfectly located and one of the best places Ive stayed.

Owners Alessandro and Patrizia make you feel like you are family. They are excellent hosts for this four room residential hotel. It has an available kitchen and the rooms are well equipped and extremely comfortable. We will stay here again (have stayed there twuce). Only a 5 minute walk from the Colosseum and the Forum plus local eateries and markets. 5 stars all around!

Great place, no hotel staff on property so if you need help or advice you’re out of luck, although you can call them. Our room was cleaned everyday. Great location, quiet, cute little kitchen in the little lobby. Very nice room and we got one for the four people in our family, which was great.

The place is nice, clean, safe, and the amenities are complete and even exceeded my expectations. Patrizia is very helpful and very hospitable. The check-in was not problem at all even we arrived late at night because our flight got delayed. They even provide coffee, snacks and hot and cold water! Our bed is bigger than a king size bed! My taxi and Uber app won’t work and Patrizia help us get a taxi! I surely recommend this place!

I loved the location. Patrizia the manager amazing. The rooms are very spacious and only 5 of them. All good restaurants around specially the one on your left when you exit the hotel owner super nice and great food at not a crazy price.
