"This is a lovely property with (frankly) an amazingly beautiful PARKING LOT! I was in awe of the beautiful Ponderosa Pines left standing majestically throughout the lot! The property itself has many amenities (pools, hot tub, s’mores fire, private beaches) that made our stay unique and memorable. Thankfully the front desk staffer put us on the 12th floor with beautiful views and relatively quiet surroundings for the number of small families around. There were several places to buy snacks, buy souvenirs or gifts, and eat any meal of the day. "

"The Incline Village condo was comfortable with the necessary amenities, and a great “home base”to all the activities we enjoyed at Lake Tahoe. The beds were comfy, the patio was nice for bird watching while drinking our morning coffee, we enjoyed walking through the woods to the university and restaurants close by. "

"This house is always amazing. This is probabily the 3 or 4th time we stay and its always been a pleaser. There was a small issue eith the fridge but the home owner have been very responsive and eith amazing solutions. "

"Beautiful home, well stocked! Kitchen had everything you need and more. Stayed 4 nights with family. Everyone had their own bedroom and bath. Would definitely stay again. "

"The property is perched on a hillside with a view of the lake and surrounding woods! Gorgeous! We had our privacy which is important to us. Our family enjoyed the ping pong and pool table! The Jacuzzi was clean and located on the back balcony, which is ideal. The master bathroom has a steam shower, absolutely wonderful. The house does have minor repairs that are needed that would enhance the stay. The house is located near Incline Village and a 13 min drive to Sand Harbor beach. Unfortunately Vicasa rental did not come with a IVGID pass to the private beach this time, would be great if it did. This was our second time renting from Vicasa and again upon check in time the cleaning crew was still there and impeded on our rental time, the house was not ready. However, upon check out they did accommodate a late check out, which was very helpful. Vicasa’s team is easy to reach and helpful. Keep Tahoe Blue my#leaveitbetterthanyoufoundit"

"Our stay was enjoyable. The gas stove in living room heated up the place comfortably which was needed the day of a cold storm. No body soap provided in the bathrooms, had a family member drive to Raley’s for soap. Bedroom and closet doors very difficult to open, need to shave down. We tried to clear off the deck chairs & bbq of thick pollen & pine needles as best we could finding little to clean with. Quiet location."
