Our room was cleaned regularly, saw housekeeping in hallway and they wre very cordial. Our room was thoroughly cleaned.
Our reservation should've been from Friday afternoon to Monday morning but upon arrival, it was only until Sunday. Sunday afternoon made the reservation extended to Monday. Nice stay until Sunday afternoon. I got a call from the front desk asking me to open the door because security was there. My wife asked what it was about and the female security guard stated that we were supposed to have checked out that morning. She explained that I had gone downstairs to change the reservation. I went downstairs to the front desk, and after the embarrassment of walking with security guards was told it was the incorrect room.
I go to Reno, NV for bowling tournaments and this was the first time this has happened. Next time I don't think we will stay at the Silver Legacy. This was not the experience we expected.
We also went to Cafe Central on Sunday morning and that was not good as well. Staff seemed to be in a bad mood, from the man who slammed coffee cups on the table to Deanna not checking in on us. The following day, Lauren, took great care of us, checked to make sure we didn't need anything else. She brought cups with coffee and the carafe full. Kudos to her after the row not having any power and the teamwork to get people served after.
