“Muy mala experiencia con este hotel. La habitación ya estaba reservada y pagada previamente a través de Expedia. Sin embargo, al solicitar un cambio de habitación en recepción, el hotel realizó el cálculo del nuevo costo sin tomar en cuenta el monto que ya se había pagado por la reserva en la plataforma.
