The room was clean and comfortable. This was a very nice motel at one time with many amenities and could be again with some work done to the exterior and some attention to detail to rest of the place.

This hotel needs a major upgrade, is dirty from the outside and inside. The rooms are not clean at all.

My family experienced a house fire and we were displaced. Not knowing where we would be from day to day, the staff here at the Baymont in Franklin, Indiana has been so very helpful. Especially Robin, Raj and Christina.

First, the staff were all very nice and accommodating. The downside to the whole property is the run-down condition that it's in. The paint was peeling off the whole exterior, the folding door to the closet of our room was knocked off the track and the knob was missing, some of the light bulbs in the bathroom were burnt out, an electrical outlet in the floor of the main hallway was missing it's cover, the curtain rod in our room was broken, it's a never ending list of a number of small things. Plus the pool was closed and it didn't look like they had any intention of opening it, things were laying around like a microwave on a dolly that sat there for the entire time we were there. The list could keep going. It didn't seem like anyone took pride in the place or had any intention of putting any more work into the inn than they had to.

I was not told i needed a $100 deposit to check in. I did not come prepared for that. I just had the room money. I asked the front desk clerk to call and ask the manager if he would waiver the hundred and he said no. I told her i am a senior citizen and has driven 3hrs. to get there. I was not going to damage the room. Would never recommend anyone to stay there and i haven't even seen the room yet.

The bathroom had pink gunk in the grout in the shower and the floor had hair and what looked like drops of coffee - obviously hadn't been cleaned from the prior guest. The landscaping was a mess and the hotel had peeling paint on the outside. Overall, the property just didn't look very well taken care of, but the staff was nice, and the breakfast was decent.

The exterior has peeing paint and tall grass. Our room had rusted door. The furniture it chipped and the toilet seat had tape on because it was cracked, and the towel rack is broken.
