Fever weekend

We came to town to see the Fever opener. There were 4 couples and this was a great property for our stay. Nice to have 4 Kings for every couple, plenty of bathroom space, and a great common area. The owner made this a very easy stay!

Long weekend in Indy for my daughter’s 30th birthday. Friends and family group of 10 stayed in this great house. Very clean and plenty of room for everyone. Great place to stay. Everyone enjoyed it.

Nice Weekend Getaway

My family and I stayed at this location for a weekend. We had a great stay and we were able to visit places nearby, like downtown Indianapolis and a nearby park. Overall this place met our needs for 10 adults.

Perfect place for family

Everything about this place from the actual house to the owner of the house was wonderful! The house was absolutely beautiful and was exactly what was described on the website. The owner of the house was very accommodating and was very quick with answers to all of our questions. Would definitely stay at this place again if I'm back in the area.

Excellent location to downtown; walking distance to Mass Ave area. Good option for large parties. We stayed with several work couples/friends for a work holiday weekend. Several bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect! Awesome communication and very accommodating. Hope to stay again in the future!

Great spot for everything

We were very pleased with the home, location and working with owner. Walked every day on the Monon trail. Close to downtown, and not far to Childrens museum and zoo. Made fir a wonderful family gathering.

This was our first time to Indy and we had a great time The location was right in town so we were central to all the activities we had planned. Communication with the owner was clear and helpful and most kitchen utensils etc were provided. We will be keeping this place in mind for our next Indy trip!

Great Location & Amazing Home

My friends and I rented this property for our NYE dinner party and it was absolutely AMAZING! We loved how the home was split into two individual sides which made it even better to have room and space for our dinner guests. The furnishings are very modern and the appliances are top notch! We would most definitely stay here again!

Great Family Get Away

This was a great place for our family to gather for some quality time together. The house was clean, beautiful, and perfect for what we needed. We spent most of our time in the house playing games, but there are plenty of opportunities close by. Downtown Indy has so much to offer. We would highly recommend this property!
