The price per night was excellent. You had to go to the front office to change towels, and sometimes you could do so in the morning, while other times it had to be after 3 pm. They had wifi available; however, it was not secure wifi. They only give you two pillows per bed. There is a separate charge for a second pillow. The refrigerator was a good size, with a good freezer. The complimentary soap was 2 tiny bars. You had to request any additional bars at the front desk. There are trade-offs with the great price. If you come prepared, it is a good place for an extended stay.

The good-Property was clean and appeared to be secure. The not so good-Computer problems (check in took over 20 minutes. Paper thin walls so you can’t fall asleep or are awakened by your neighbor talking in the room next to you. I could hear their conversation clearly and could even hear their microwave. So loud I thought they could be in my room. Footsteps all night from the people upstairs, you can even hear people on the floor above urinating! Dog barking at 3am. I got the room to get rest but I didn’t get any.

Walking in, there was a weird cleaner type smell. Staff was pleasant and efficient. Once in the hall/elevator waiting, it smelled like pot/vape/Indian food. The floors were kind of sticky. There were hairs in the sink and tub. Peeled off the paper thin worn out blankets and pillows and laid down my own blankets and pillows. The bed is a mattress on a metal cot and could feel bars but my blankets cushioned it okay. It was fine for a one night stay. Indy area traffic is pretty awful. It’s in an industrial area, there’s a mall nearby and basic restaurants. It is secured. Overall, the property appears cheaply remodeled, but maintained. Halls and parking well-lit. TV remote was weirdly about a foot long but worked. There’s a basic dated kitchen that was not touched so not sure what was included or not. Mini-mini soap and mini shampoo, towels are old & ratty (bring your own). Small investment / upgrades would go a long way. We had one queen bed room. The guests upstairs stomped around in the morning but mostly quiet stay. Definitely a budget place.

I loved the price and the kitchenette was nice. It was very noisy and shower water pressure wasn't the best. It was very clean and can't beat the price. Will likely stay again in the near future.

All we needed for a quick overnight

We were in town for a concert and just needed a room for one night. The location was great...close to the venue and several restaurants. The staff was friendly and professional. The rooms were clean. No frills, just the basics but got the job done. Would stay again.

The walls were thin, could hear people next door and people upstairs. I heard them so i know they heard us. Bed wasn't comfortable overall I will say the stay was ok. It was convenient and inexpensive. Service was great room was clean.
