Walls, floors, ceilings and cabinets torn down and built back up to create an open space design perfect for vacation rentals. The common space is designed to be an open kitchen concept making it ideal for large groups to hang out. The kitchen boasts an expansive island with all new stainless steel appliances. Large sliding glass doors lead out to the resort-style pool and the newly built pergola to provide shelter from the sun. The three bedrooms are spacious and can accommodate up to 10 guests with 5 total beds. The master bedroom has a sliding glass door leading out to the yard, as well as one other bedroom with a private door. \--- INTERIOR DETAILS --- This home accommodates up to 10 guests with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Additional spaces include a fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining room, den, laundry area, and garage. Our kitchen is stocked with an extensive list of small appliances, cookware, dinnerware and utensils needed to prepare almost any family meal. We provide a starter kit of seasonings including salt, pepper and olive oil. Please inquire with our team if you would like a complete list of all our cookware and small appliances. We provide a starter kit of consumables for your stay which includes: paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, coffee, tea, sugar, laundry pods, dryer sheets, toilet paper, make up remover, shampoo, conditioner, body gel and a welcome gift basket. This list is only intended as a starter kit; If you run out of consumables then you must be purchase additional items yourself. We also provide body towels and pool towels for the occupancy of the home, plus a set of hand towels and wash towels. Permit number: 051280 \- HOUSE RULES/ POLICIES -- 1\. As per the City of Indio Policy for Vacation Rentals, outdoor Quiet Hours are between 9PM - 8AM Sunday-Thursday and 10pm-8am Friday and Saturday. During Quiet Hours amplifying devices or music is prohibited outdoors. Outside of Quiet Hours, music or other outdoor noise is acceptable as long as it is not heard past the property line. All units are equipped with Minut volume tracking devices which will alert our team if outside noise becomes unreasonable. 2\. Spa heating and pool heating are extra services: $25/day for spa heating and $75/day for pool heating which the pool will be heated to 85 degrees. The pool and spa cannot be heated simultaneously, as the heater can only heat one at a time. If you would like to purchase pool and spa heating we will heat the pool before you check in so that it will stay warm even when spa heating is in use. If you’d like the pool heated, we require a 24 hour advanced notice to give the pool ample time to heat. A minimum of 3 consecutive days is required for pool heating, OR, for the entire duration of your stay if it\`s less than 3 days. 3\. Early check in at 1PM ($100) and late check out at 2PM ($100) is available for an extra fee ONLY if there are no back to back bookings to allow for proper cleaning. 4\. Minimum 25 years of age to book. 5\. SOME pets are allowed for an extra fee ($150/pet). Please consult with the owner before bringing the pet. Maximum of 2 pets. Pets are not allowed in the pool or on the bed. While we do allow some pets with prior approval, a $500 fine will be imposed for any presence or evidence of unapproved pets found within the premises. 6\. No more than 3 vehicles allowed. 7\. No smoking inside the home. Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a minimum fine of $750. 8\. Any missing or damaged linen, towels or small appliances will be charged via your booking platform. 9\. An additional cleaning fee of $140 applies to stays of 28 nights or longer. This fee is payable promptly following booking confirmation. 10\. We loved the chaises in the pool; they kept us nice and cool. The house was very nice too. It had everything we needed. The only problems we had was the lights in the backyard and jacuzzi. Oven stopped in the middle of cooking salmon. The breaker box is outside the gate past the pool equipment at the side of the house. Directions to that should include "look outside the gate". The slider from the living room will not lock...it feels locked but when pulled in a normal way it opens. The instructions to get access were clear and easy. Where my dissatisfaction started was with the pool and spa heating - paid extra for both and when we checked in Friday night at 8pm, neither were on. Pool was 55 degrees. Contacted Mgt Company. They claimed they turned it on remotely - long story short the heater was broken. This was one of the MAIN reasons we picked this place. Then, that night when my friend crawled into bed, the bedframe BROKE. NO-ONE bothered to come fix/replace. My guest had to sleep on the floor. Other minor things that left me with a bad experience: toilet holder in Master bathroom missing (toilet roll sitting on back of tank); main bathroom shower had shower body wash in the conditioner holder; main bathroom toilet was clogged on 1st use - guest had to plunge; master bedroom closet floor was not vacuumed (lint/dirt left behind). I have photos to prove all of my complaints. Have asked for a $250 refund for lack of pool/spa heating and still don't have it a week after Mtg Co. said they would investigate. The owners might be amazing but the Heilos Vacation Mgt Company is awful. If you rent this home, hope that nothing breaks because you might be stuck with it. ##### Stephanie H.
