“Parking lot was very small. The shower head was leaking all our stay causing the floor to be wet. The shower crying had a hole in it, the curtain looked very old. The curtain for the window also had holes in it and there was tape trying to cover them. Over all it was very bad, the pictures weren’t accurate to the actual property. ”

“The hotel is FULL OF ROACHES AND BED BUGS! we requested for a full refund because we needed to look for a different hotel 0200H at night that is an hour away from the the festival due to last minute reservation and high demand due to the event. We requested a refund for the new hotel we had but they refused stating that we didnt complained 0200H at night, which they dont have any peson at the front desk. PLS DONT COME HERE, ITS A HEALTH HAZARD AND THIS PLACE IS INFESTED WITH COCKROACH AND BED……

“Staff was great! However our room was pretty dusty and there were broken cups and markings on the doors. Not sure if someone cleaned before we got there but it kind of looked like our room hadn’t been cleaned or at least no one had been in it for over a week to tidy up. ”

“Staff were very friendly and helpful at the registration desk. The room was clean and comfortable but did have some wear and tear in some places like the wall paper in the bathroom. The staff at the main dining area took long to approach and take our order and some were not very friendly, but it was still convenient to have a restaurant in the hotel. The pool was great and the kids enjoyed the arcade. Breakfast was also great. ”
