“Horrible staff. They did not clean the room when asked in a timely manner. Front desk told me “room cleaning is not guaranteed” What bs for $500 per night. ”

“The hotel was very nice. The bathroom shower door was very water marked but other than that it was clean. ”

“Unfortunately the room smelled like cigarettes. It was really hard to sleep with the smell. The next morning at 8:15 we went to grab breakfast and the choices were: pancakes, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal and watered down cranberry juice. The milk for cereal was empty as was the oatmeal container. Why bother? ”

“We were pleasantly surprised that there was some hot food for breakfast, plus continental, great coffee and really lovely staff! Room was spacious and perfect for our cat! ”

“The hotel (or motel) was really nice and even allowed us to check in two hours early, which gave me time to prepare for the Coachella event. The air conditioner was a bit loud, but after a fun night out, it didn’t bother me much. We did see a cockroach in the bathroom, which might be due to the ground floor location—understandable, but I hope that can be improved in the future. The best part is the location—it’s super close to the Coachella venue with no traffic issues, and I loved how……
