“Room reserved was a suite and we were given a double queen room. It was a late check in so we were stuck and overcharged. Food was watered down (dehydrated eggs - super watery and odd taste, oatmeal super watery). Avoid at all costs. Overcharged and not given what was reserved. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. ”

“Parking lot was very small. The shower head was leaking all our stay causing the floor to be wet. The shower crying had a hole in it, the curtain looked very old. The curtain for the window also had holes in it and there was tape trying to cover them. Over all it was very bad, the pictures weren’t accurate to the actual property. ”

“Had a great stay here for our Coachella weekend. Staff is very attentive and helpful. Our room and common spaces were very clean. Overall a great stay. ”

“The air conditioning was effective. The hot tub was not warm enough. It was located by the swimming pool. The upstairs floors were squeaky and the bathtub needs to be replaced. The rest of the unit was fine. Convenient to those we were visiting. Plenty of kitchen dishes etc. Office employees excellent.”

“The best thing about this hotel was that it was only 3 miles from the shuttle pickup spot. The room appeared to be clean until we picked up our air bed, and saw that it was full of pet hair. We used the air bed because the sofa bed was just too uncomfortable. Overall, it was an ok experience”
