Place was overall very clean. Much older property so rough around the edges i.e. areas that needed trim paint, better landscaping care. Unit was very well stocked with everything you need. Didnt use any resort amenities because we got in late and left early the next morning to check into our resort nearby. We were 4 people. Staff was very responsive. We prefer more resort type atmosphere but it was fine for one night's stay for us.

Definitely a great family option for the price. Liked having a whole condo vs a hotel room. Kitchen had dishes and cookware. Beds were comfortable. Pool and hot tub really close. You actually have access to 2 of them. Comfortable for family of 6. I liked that one of the rooms had 2 twins. Made everyone's sleeping arrangements more like home. Property was maintained. Front desk office near by. I appreciated the communication by text with instructions and reminders.

Very nice condo. Clean, well-stocked. Only difficulty was having to go around to the front gate to get back to the property even though we could exit by a side gate.

I found the property to suit my needs and the conditions extended my wants! I plan very much to return ! I was very impressed at the staff's customer service. Staff freindly and helpful. Property could use some repairs, old and run down. Could not security gate to work, but staff did give transponder to use instead.

The location is great, the staff friendly and attentive and the condo was comfortable, clean (superficially), the kitchen is well equiped with plenty of appliances and tableware. I think could be better if they really make sure the place is ready and functional prior to the guests arrival. 1st incident, stove did not work because the gas was off, once we turned it on, there was gas leaking, because the hose wasn't properly screwed to the pipe. Luckily my boyfriend knew how to fix it because was after hours. 2nd the wifi signal was terrible, I notified and they said "they were working on it" but was never fixed. 3rd they clean just superficially, you can see the dust on the cabinets, the accumulated dirt on the sink faucets. Other than than, our stay was good and we felt safe. I hope they do better and I would definitely stay here again.

The surrounding area looks a little bit like section 8 towards the back. Also, the pool is very loud and there was a lot of people and the furniture inside. The condo is very cheap and uncomfortable.

Missing Lock in the Master Room

My kids had a wonderful time and so are we, my husband and I. The only thing we dislike is that the master room did not have a lock, so we were not able to lock the door, which was a really bad situation since we could not have our privicy, depriving us from have our intimacy with peace of mind. One of our kid got into our room in the midle of the night, and thank God, we were no have sex in that moment.
