The hotel is lovely, easy to find, easy to park. It's secondary to the pub though so we waited to check in and had to press the bell three times before someone came but check in was quick and efficient when they arrived. No one came at check out so we had to leave the key on the desk. Room was nice, spacious and comfy, the bathroom was too hot, the towel radiator was scorching and no way of turning it down. There was a little road noise but otherwise couldn't fault it. However, our one gripe is that the pillows are awful. They are thin and hard and very uncomfortable, like sleeping on concrete. The staff are always great and provide a very professional service and always make you feel welcome. The rooms are really comfortable and the breakfast is delicious.
