"There was no coffee supplied in our room from day 1\. I asked each day for both the tea, coffee and milk to be replenished. The milk was restocked on my first request, but no coffee. I requested coffee again, plus extra milk, but neither were restocked. This was the only thing that let this property down"

"The property has no carpark. £26 a night to park in carpark short walk from hotel. Room was very small, hardly any space to move around. Kettle was always leaking when pouring, hot water every where. The staff could look better if they wore trousers rather than jeans. Especially in the restaurant."
