Everything so clean, the staff was so helpful, even let us check in an hour early as we’ve had a very long travel day that had started at four in the morning, spotlessly clean, laundry facilities, and even a laundry basket in our room to use. The front staff are friendly and helpful - owner is inflexible regards breakfast time - we arrived at 9:05 and were denied food and had to spend 60$ to eat out. Should you to change dates or cancel due to unexpected events like landslides and ferry issues, weather etc, the owner is unresponsive and unwilling to help if you've booked through Expedia. The restaurant was closed for dinner and the outdoor dining was not……
