Stay was good but disappointed The air conditioner does not cool the room very well and that was at the maximum temp allowed. It was hot outside so sleeping was not very comfortable. Hotel is in a good area.

The parking lot was closed for repair, so it was inconvenient to find a place to park made for long walking if a parking place closer could not be found. The staff said Expedia does not give out phone # so the motel could not call me to let me know the parking situation. Also there was a difference in what was charged upon booking and the charge which the motel charged. Which was lower charge.

We stay here every time we go to Manistee! Great place!
