“I got to Cabin 9 around 9pm after a long drive on icy roads on a 15 degree evening. When I opened the door to the cabin I was surprised to find it freezing cold inside, but I followed the directions to turn on the single small wall-mounted heater. My family and I spent about an hour in our coats in the sauna waiting for warm air to happen, and repeatedly reaching out to property management. The warm air never happened. “The space was exactly as advertised. Just a stone's throw away from Crystal Mountain for our ski weekend. It was very clean and check in and out were a breeze, no long list to complete. The fireplace was perfect to flip on after a cold day outside. As for the kitchen, I brought my own crock pot and didn't need it. I've never stayed somewhere that the kitchen was so well stocked that they even included those items. We will return again for another weekend stay. ”
