It was quiet, the staff were very helpful.

I enjoyed the hotel. I asked for a quiet room and that is exactly what I got. There are a few things I would recommend to the hotel to improve. First the lighting....The lights in the living room, dining area, and bathroom were rather dim LED lights which did not quite give enough brightness. I would have been great if the living room had at least one lamp which could be used for reading. Also in the bedroom...the bedside lamps attached to the wall near the headboard were way too bright and undimmable, and were impossible to move to adequately use for reading in bed. Also, the only seating area in the living room was a very deep couch (which obviously could be used as a bed) but was not very comfortable to sit on. Would be nice if there were at least one comfortable chair in the living room for seating with a light for reading near it. But the hotel was very pleasant and intimate, and well located in a nice area with lots of eating options nearby.

The property we in terrible condition. There was a terrible odor as soon as we walked into the apartment. The walls were dirty and stained. One of the bathroom walls had dried blood on it. The shower heads were rusted and had mildew on them. Some of the towels and bed sheets were stained. The couch in the living room was stained and needed to be replaced. The dinning room chairs were dirty and stained. The kitchen counters were stained. The kettle in the kitchen was stained. We had to purchase our own coffee maker since we could not use the kettle. The dish rack was rusted. The kitchen sink had mildew and stains around it. The floors were dirty and stained. Some of the light bulbs were out and needed to be replaced. The frig was not clean and had hair inside of it. The front door handle was damaged. We tried to contact Kukun multiple times via email and phone calls and were ignored the entire time. No one from the property responded to any of our requests. We tried to ask for a refund or some sort of compensation and were ignored. I had a migraine the entire time due to the awful smell in the rooms. We were not able to utilize the kitchen and cook since it was so filthy. I would not recommend this property to anyone. Please don't be fooled by the glossy pictures or fake reviews advising that this is a nice place to stay as it is NOT!

Such a lovely stay at Roma 92. I’m so glad I got to experience this special little property. My room was beautiful and surprisingly spacious, with a great shower and plenty of wardrobe and storage space. I could actually unpack properly and feel completely at home. The location is amazing, with so many places nearby you go to Roma Norte for. The hotel has such a warm, intimate feel, almost like staying at a friend’s home. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. The rooftop bar is another highlight lively, relaxed and a great spot for a drink. A little gem in Roma Norte that I would happily return to for sure!
